.We have been talking with Robert Birenbaum for almost thirty minutes.
Of his war memories.
Of his life, of his book that he has just published
16 years, resistant

” Before stopping and to note, with regret:
“I no longer have a voice, it’s over.”
He says that, but he is living proof to the contrary.
Vigorous handshake, lively gaze, Robert Birenbaum looks good, it’s undeniable.
And he, who was nicknamed “Monsieur Baratin” when he was young (
“I talk a lot, but everything I tell you is true”),
still has an impressive chatter and flow.
He might even be a bit of a mutt, mischievous and nostalgic...
