We've already heard of women spending a fortune on plastic surgery, but Bibi Bugatti, a 27-year-old girl who was born in the Netherlands and currently lives in Dubai, took her desire to be a human Barbie to the extreme.
Bibi risked her life during two nose jobs, three breast augmentation and firming surgeries, liposuction, injection of lip implants, surgery to shape the eyes to make them look like cat eyes and three Brazilian butt lift surgeries - the deadliest plastic surgery.
Although Bibi almost died during one of her buttock lift operations last year due to a lack of oxygen, she does not rule out the possibility that she will have more operations in the future.
And we haven't talked about the fact that she spent over 170,000 euros (about 800,000 shekels) on all these surgeries.
Bibi had her first operation on her 24th birthday, inspired by her love for Barbie dolls and since then she has undergone over 15 additional operations and admits that her parents and some of her friends are not really satisfied with all the operations and the money she spent on them in three years.
Despite the scary experience she had last year, she has since had ten more facial surgeries and several more physical surgeries in honor of her 27th birthday, which cost her 42,000 pounds (almost 200 thousand shekels).

Bibi does not intend to stop and she wants to do more surgeries in order to maintain her appearance and she has a goal - to achieve even more extreme body proportions with 3,000 cc in her breasts and 3,000 cc in her butt.
"I was inspired by my love for Barbie and my desire for an extreme look," said Bibi, "I hate the natural look, and that's why I've loved Barbie since I was a little girl. I was obsessed with Barbie and her extreme falsification and perfection. In total, I underwent 10 facial surgeries this summer, including Procedures such as cat eyes, cheek lift, lip lift, rhinoplasty and more."

"Earlier this year I underwent three breast augmentations and three Brazilian butt lift operations with liposuction and buttock implants," she said and then added: "The operation that almost cost me my life was a Brazilian butt lift in which I experienced difficulty breathing due to a lack of oxygen after the operation. This happened a year before my operation birthday. I almost died because I didn't get enough oxygen, and the medical team rose to the challenge and took care of the situation. There was a critical problem with my oxygen supply after the operation and it was a very disturbing experience. The realization that I could die gave me a mixture of fear, introspection and a deep sense of vulnerability."
Despite this, Bibi decided to undergo over ten more facial surgeries in just the following year, but said she was doing it to maintain her integrity, even though it came at a high cost.
"My advice to those who are considering extensive cosmetic changes like myself is to continue doing what brings you happiness, but do thorough research before that," Bibi said.
