With a headband strapped to his forehead, Basile stops his jogging for a few moments to observe the immense crowd gathered in front of the main gate of the Porte de Versailles exhibition center in Paris.
And to wonder:
“Is it like that all the time?”

It is clear that this 60th edition of the Agricultural Show is taking place in a special atmosphere.
The kick-off was to be given this Saturday at 9 a.m.
Alas, the early visitors were not rewarded: demonstrators forced entry a few minutes earlier, and took over pavilion 1 to block Emmanuel Macron's visit.
The security service therefore decided to delay the opening of the gates to avoid any tragic event in view of the violence between the demonstrators and the CRS in the main grounds of the Show.
Thousands of people, including children, found themselves waiting in the calm... and the cold.
