A 25-year-old had to answer before the Wolfratshausen district court for, among other things, bodily harm.

At his first hearing in Wolfratshausen, a 25-year-old insulted the district judge and law enforcement officers.
That's why he was now back in the dock.
Wolfratshausen - His first visit to Wolfratshausen had devastating consequences for a young man from Denklingen (Landsberg am Lech district): The 25-year-old was charged with damage to property, physical assault on law enforcement officers and resistance to law enforcement officers, bodily harm and insult in three cases .
That's why he returned to the rafting town again nine months later: the Wolfratshausen district court sentenced him to a suspended prison sentence of one year.
After freaking out in the district court: 25-year-old is back in the dock
The district court was also his target on April 15 last year.
That Saturday, a judge from the on-call service was supposed to decide whether the man, who was in security custody at the time because of possible suicidal intentions, could be released again.
When it became apparent during the conversation that the detention would continue, the man freaked out, a police officer reported.
He insulted the judge as a whore.
He threatened that he would kill himself rather than go back to the cell and fought with his hands and feet when he was supposed to be put into the police car.

The remorseful defendant
“I don't remember much of it, but I want to apologize.
“I was just exhausted,” the defendant explained, personally apologizing to everyone who had to deal with him in April.
The gaps in the accused's memory were filled by various videos that the police officers had made with their body cameras.
The defendant looked on, shook his head repeatedly and sounded embarrassed by the rants captured on film: "That's just shit coming out of my mouth."
“He was in an exceptional psychological situation.
What he did, what happened, was completely senseless,” explained the defense attorney, who asked for “a lenient sentence” for his mentally ill client.
Judge Helmut Berger sentenced the quality inspector to a suspended prison sentence of one year.
The public prosecutor had requested one year and three months.
