Navalny memorial in Nuremberg looted
As in so many Bavarian cities, many mourners gathered in Nuremberg on Sunday, February 18th to commemorate Navalny.
They left flowers, candles and cards for the Kremlin critic who died in custody.
Apparently not everyone liked this quiet reminder.
As the Central Franconia Police Headquarters announced, unknown persons looted the memorial site erected on Andreij-Sakharow-Platz.
The perpetrators did not stop at the framed pictures of the Kremlin critic.
The people also stole posters and an anti-war flag in downtown Nuremberg.
According to the police, the crime must have taken place between Sunday evening, February 18th, and Monday afternoon, February 19th.
