The municipal council in Hohenfurch recently discussed the extension of the municipal lease agreement for the ice rink, which was concluded until 2026.
Hohenfurch – At the local council meeting, several members of the sports club also made their way to the town hall.
On the agenda there was the extension of the municipal lease agreement for the ice rink that was concluded at the end of July 2001 for 25 years and thus until 2026.
Mayor Guntram Vogelsgesang already wanted to add another 25 years from 2026 to 2051.
“In principle, we already did the whole thing in 2019 for the sports area on the training ground.” At that time, the lease was extended because a long-term contract was required to meet the funding requirements for the LED floodlight system due to the funding commitment.
Lease agreement for ice rink stadium in Hohenfurch must be “valid for a long time”.
“The same thing is now necessary here for the ice rink,” he stated.
The sports club is planning to exchange the gang.
There are significant subsidies from the state sports association for this and therefore “the lease agreement must be valid for a long time”.
He then discussed the contract concluded in 2001 between the then mayor Karl-Heinz Gerbl and the sports club board member Josef Epple.
This requires adjustment.
As before, use has priority with regard to funding from the association.
Free delivery is still available.
As before, the sports club bears the maintenance and management costs and is liable for damages.
Furthermore, renting or leasing or transferring the facility to third parties in the future will only be permitted with mutual agreement.
After the council members unanimously voted in favor of adjusting and extending the contract, it will apply immediately from the day the resolution was passed until July 29, 2051.
