Javier Milei could not contain his emotion and merged into a strong hug with Republican leader Donald Trump when he met him behind the scenes of the convention of Republican leaders in the United States, to which the Argentine president traveled to be one of the main speakers, along with the former North American president who seeks to return to the White House.
"I'm very happy
," Milei said, smiling from ear to ear, to Trump as he gave her a big hug.
"You are very generous with me
," added the libertarian without letting go of the hotel magnate.
The meeting, which lasted just a minute and a half, was effusive and Donald Trump demonstrated his harmony with Milei.
"Let's take some photos," he told her, so that they could both pose for the cameras that followed them both.
It was there when he appealed to his campaign slogan, but Argentinizing it.
"Make Argentina Great Again!"
Trump shouted.
On stage, the former president of the United States took a few seconds to praise Milei.
It was at the beginning of his speech, when he introduced the leaders who will be part of this third day of the conference.

And he added: “He is a fabulous guy and one of the few who can really do it.”
Since its launch in 1973, CPAC served as a space for right-wing sectors to participate in political debate and make themselves heard in Washington.
Candidates and leaders of the Republican party have visited this forum year after year to take the temperature of the base and test their position before the thousands of members who come from all over the country.
