After the announcement of the price list for the eighth generation facelift, which will be released just in time for the 50th anniversary of the model series, little will change in the popularity of the best-seller:
New VW Golf more than 2000 euros cheaper than its predecessor
The revised VW Golf is significantly cheaper than the previous model, which was until recently offered for at least 29,275 euros.
The VW Golf 2024 is now available for prices starting at 27,180 euros, which is more than 2000 euros less.
Meanwhile, the VW Golf Variant station wagon costs at least 28,280 euros, which is also below the purchase price of the pre-facelift version.
However, the price drop at Volkswagen is also accompanied by weaker equipment in the future basic model.
Volkswagen is pleased with the sales figures in January - and is causing delight among VW Golf buyers.
