The Personal Crime Repression Brigade (BRDP) responsible for investigations will delve into the accumulation of accusations of sexual violence targeting him since the first revelations published by the daily
Elle.
In total, Gérard Miller is accused of acts ranging from inappropriate behavior to sexual violence by more than fifty women.

certain of not having committed any offense and ready to respond to each of the alleged facts

Trial of the murder of Éric Masson
On May 5, 2021 around 6:30 p.m. in Avignon, Éric Masson, 36, a police officer and father, was shot three times at a deal point.
The trial of the man whom the prosecution considers to be his murderer, as well as two associates who answer for related crimes, opened Monday before the Vaucluse Assize Court.
The main accused, Ilias Akoudad, denies shooting the police officer, claiming that he was not at the scene at the time of the incident.
