A 14-year-old boy was
killed with a shot to the head
after being caught in the middle of a fierce argument between women, which would have originated from jealousy.
It happened this Saturday morning in the town of Dock Sud, in Avellaneda.
The murderer, a man who has a criminal record and who had been
released from prison only a few days ago
, was
identified and arrested
by the Police who, after a few hours of searching, were able to find the whereabouts of the murderer.
The first police versions indicate that it all started in a fierce argument between neighbors: one accused the other of looking at her partner "too much."
The one who tried to mediate the conflict was the teenager Dante Ezequiel Canteros Barrientos, but he ended up being killed with a bullet to the head by the boyfriend of one of the two women, who reacted violently to the argument.
The 14-year-old teenager, very badly injured, was rushed to the Interzonal General Agudos “Pedro Fiorito” Hospital in Avellaneda.
But
hours later he died
from the gunshot wound.
Police from the 3rd Dock Sud police station worked at the scene and the case was left in the hands of prosecutor María Alejandra Olmos Coronel.

The head of the Functional Instruction Unit No. 1 of the Judicial Department of Avellaneda-Lanús was the one who ordered the immediate search for Ezequiel M., the former prisoner who, according to witnesses, was the one who fired the shot.
And the case was classified as "homicide."
In addition, the required autopsy was ordered and the body of Canteros Barrientos was transferred to the judicial morgue of Lomas de Zamora.
Pain in the networks and calls asking for "justice"
After learning of Dante's death, several family members and friends spoke out through the social network Facebook with different posts.
Even in the social club where the boy played.
“I don't understand it, I don't want to understand it, my God!!!
My nagging black, my big boy.
You broke my soul.
I will always carry you in my heart, my false son of my heart,” Maira Y wrote on the popular social network.
And she put a black crepe on the cover photo of her.
“Justice will be served daddy because I know you were a good boy, with a big heart.
But today we saw how truly good everyone was: your little friends at the foot of the canyon with your mom, that was you, the star of the ball and the one who brought all the kids together to have a coke or a juice in the square.
I believe in Justice, I hope it acts as it should, that God is going to take care of the rest," added one of the contacts in another publication.
Dante, who had three brothers, played soccer in a neighborhood club in Avellaneda: the Levalle Social and Sports Club, who also expressed their pain on Facebook: “RIP Dante Canteros.
The club is sorry for your loss.
Just a little 14 year old.
May God cover you with his mantle, beautiful Dante.
All of Levalle is standing up for you.
We ask for justice.”
