Last weekend a plane had to make an emergency landing on its way from Madrid to Mallorca.

One passenger suffered a medical emergency.

Doctors provided assistance in the air.

Palma de Mallorca – A medical emergency occurred on a Ryanair flight from the Spanish capital Madrid to the holiday island of Mallorca last Sunday (February 18).

Around half an hour after takeoff, a passenger vomited several times, the local newspaper

Mallorca Diario

reported.

The pilot then requested an early landing on Mallorca.

The man was sitting in row 11 and felt very uncomfortable, fellow passengers said.

The flight attendants quickly moved down the aisle to help the passenger.

After the pilot was made aware of the medical emergency, the captain asked over the loudspeaker for a doctor on board.

Three people then provided first aid.

In the meantime, the pilot requested landing priority from the tower in Palma de Mallorca, according to

Mallorca Diario.
