Great response to the fairy lights for Ukraine at the weekend in Poing.

According to organizer Christina Tarnikas, around 100 participants came.

Poing

- The occasion was the second anniversary of the Russian attack.

It was a moving event, according to those responsible.

“We wanted to set an example against the war,” said Tarnika.

There was a minute's silence for the victims.

The “Psalm of a War Victim” by Stephan Wahl was read out.

The song “Imagine” by John Lennon also played.

The Ukrainian national anthem was played.

And “joy of beautiful sparks of the gods” filled the venue.

A number of politicians from the district also came.
