Tali Friedman, 47 years old, mother of 4, lives in her neighborhood, and studied at the gymnasium and the artists' colony in Mitzpe Ramon.

What is it like to be a woman in a position in a place that is perceived as very masculine?
"As a woman who has been working for years in a profession that is defined as a male profession in the world - chef, I learned and understood the challenges of living in worlds where people are considered as such. Happily, the extensive experience has taught me that professionalism is always above all else, and the fact that gender is irrelevant if it is made that way, and the elections for the presidency came as evidence The traders' committee of the market, in which I won an 86% majority when I faced three men.
