The State Attorney's Office informed the Jerusalem District Court today (Sunday) that it has a number of witnesses left in order to finish the prosecution's case in the Netanyahu files. This is the stage where the State Attorney's Office calls witnesses on its behalf as part of the trial. In the coming weeks you can find the Minister of Justice Yariv Levin, the head of the National Assembly Tzachi Hanegavi, the former adviser to Prime Minister Netanyahu Farah Lerner and the ombudsman of the office of the Prime Minister Shlomit Barnea Fargo.

Other witnesses who are going to give their version are Uzi Arad who was the adviser Prime Minister Netanyahu's politician and today one of his fiercest critics, so is Tzipi Livni who was a minister under Netanyahu and is now considered his political rival.

Also Tamir Pardo who served under Netanyahu as head of the Mossad and now often visits him, as does Yuval Diskin who served under Netanyahu as head of the Shin Bet.

Another witness who may testify is MK Ze'ev Elkin, regarding whom the prosecution informed: "Because at this stage he is not in the plan her witnesses, however, after hearing the witnesses Yariv Levin and Farah Lerner, she will examine things again."

The attorney's office clarified in its notice to the High Court that James Packer is not expected to testify in the case. Packer is the businessman who was close to Netanyahu and was mentioned as the one who embezzled some of the gifts for the Netanyahus as part of the charge in case 1000 together with Arnon Milchan. The notice also indicates that the attorney's office is considering testifying Miriam Adelson, the publisher of Israel Hayom.

Until now, Netanyahu's defense attorney requested a postponement of the date of their testimony because the Prime Minister was not available to him due to Operation Iron Swords, so it is estimated that Attorney Hadad will request another postponement.
