From Easter Sunday, March 31st, the motto in the Schloßberghalle will be: “Curtain up”.
Then the theater group from the Alpenrose traditional costume association will provide hours of fun with a humorous piece written by Georg Maier.
Peiting – Game director Wolfgang Schäller actually had a different piece in mind.
But during rehearsals it became increasingly clear: “It’s not funny enough.”
And so a new one was quickly sought, found and tried out.
Theater in Peiting: humorous three-act play
The humorous three-act play “Philosophe” is about the bear host, who is constantly talking in a smart way.
He thinks he is the Bavarian Casanova and indulges in idleness, polygamy and alcohol.
Even his resolute sister is unable to bring the work-shy and pleasure-seeking innkeeper back to earth.
Whether his friend, the hunter Rudi, or even the two painters “da Oa” and “da Ander” can make him change his mind?
Or “is everything relative anyway”?
And when the toilet lady from his favorite bar shows up, complications are inevitable.
Match dates are March 31st, April 3rd, 6th and 13th (all at 7:30 p.m.) and April 7th (4 p.m.).
Tickets are available on Monday, March 11th, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Schloßberghalle and from March 12th at “Bella Martha” at Bahnhofstrasse 6.
