nationality was arrested while tending
a newsstand
in the Belgrano neighborhood.
He had been
a fugitive since November
of last year, when the Prosecutor's Unit Specialized in Complex Criminal Investigation (Ufrecri), headed by prosecutor José María Campagnoli, ordered his capture for the crime of
"sexual abuse
. "
The 32-year-old man had been reported to the National Criminal and Correctional Court 4 for the
sexual abuse of a minor
on two occasions: in February and December 2022. But, Justice had only been looking for him since December 28. last November when his capture was ordered.
After being on the run for a couple of months, the Captures and Fugitives Division of the City Police established that the accused
worked as a shop assistant
at a newspaper and magazine stand located on Av. Cabildo almost Echeverría Street, in the northern part of the city. City.
After days of surveillance in the area, they managed
to arrest the accused
while he was at his workplace.
According to judicial sources, one of the abuses took place on February 14, 2022 in a home in José León Suárez, San Martín district, where his mother's house would be.
The man accused of "sexual abuse" is a 32-year-old Peruvian and worked in a kiosk in the Belgrano neighborhood.
