The race for the most beautiful hiking trail in Germany is on.

The Witches' Path in the Rhön has put itself up for election as “Germany's most beautiful hiking trail”.

Fischbach - Spring will soon bring out the most beautiful aspects of the Rhön low mountain range again: fresh colors in the flora, chirping of birds or insects in the awakening nature.
It's worth taking a hike on the Witches' Trail near Fischbach in the Rhön.
The many positive feedback on site was motivation to register a competition entry for “Germany’s Most Beautiful Hiking Trail”.
fuldaerzeitung.de reveals where the hiking trail in the Rhön is currently located.
“Many visitors have already hiked the approximately 5.8 kilometer long route between the volcanic mountains Kolben and Umpfen.
In addition to the scenic beauty and views, the various play and discovery opportunities ensure special hiking fun, especially for families and groups of children,” writes the Rhönforum in a press release.
The Witch Trail stakeholders recently met to plan further improvements and events.
There will probably be an Easter egg hunt on Easter Saturday.
