Did Ukraine fail to liberate regions occupied by Russia last summer due to “information leaks”?
Without saying it clearly, Volodymyr Zelensky implied this on Sunday, two years after the start of the Russian invasion.
“Our counter-offensive plans were on the Kremlin’s table before the actions began,” said the Ukrainian president.
Should we take his word for it?
With caution, Alain Rodier, former senior officer of the French services, considers these leaks of information “credible”.
“The Russians have an advantage: they know Ukraine very well,” specifies the specialist, who contributes to the magazine “Raids”.
