SURVEY - Anti-wrinkle creams, retinol, hyaluronic acid... Encouraged by social networks, younger and younger girls are applying cosmetic products to their skin, at the risk of deteriorating their health.


Squatting in front of the stand of a major cosmetics brand, Héloïse is looking for her usual moisturizing cream.

“I usually take it in a jar, but it’s only available in a tube

,” she says with a slight pout.

At only 11 years old, the young girl already has a complete

skin care routine

“Every evening, I remove my makeup, wash my face, apply a serum and a moisturizing cream

The pre-teen girl traveled an hour from the Paris suburbs to

With three of her friends, they scour each stand and test dozens of products from this department store located in the Opera district, in the heart of Paris.
