Many young people who are about to graduate ask themselves this question.
The city of Freising's training fair had answers ready.

– Around 60 companies from the region set up their stands in the foyer of the schools in Steinpark on Friday.
The city administration invited people to the first Freising training fair, which corresponded to the wishes of companies and businesses for more career information fairs.
The students also came in large numbers to get an overview of the various offerings.
They received help from the Recrewt team of the two sisters Bianca Kujath and Verena Sedlmeier, among others.
“We are a matching platform and a supporter at many training fairs,” said Kujath, explaining their work.
“With us, young people can fill out a questionnaire online in ten minutes and then receive a personalized selection of stands that suit them.
For example, we ourselves know all the trainers and then work with the students to create an individual trade fair plan.”

The three students Cosima, Jenny and Franzi also took advantage of this offer.
For example, her personalized trade fair plan took her to the Freisinger Bank stand, where Alexander Axtner answered the most important questions about training at the financial institution.
“I really like the entire trade fair,” Jenny reported afterwards.
“I submitted my first applications for a training position today.”
Birgit Tenbrink, the expert from the school economy network, was also enthusiastic.
“Trade fairs like today are really great.
I am absolutely sure that this offer will bring a lot to the students because they are really companies that come from the region,” she said in the FT interview.
In addition to the stands, presentations were also held in the primary school's multi-purpose room, which the young trade fair visitors could listen to.
