Highlights: Four young men fought on Prinzregentenstrasse, an uninvolved taxi driver was the main victim. The consequences back then: eight young men with injuries from a beating, a taxi driver with a traumatic brain injury and 16,000 euros worth of damage to a taxi. The three perpetrators were still enjoying the hearty brawl in court like excited schoolboys. They now face juvenile sentences of up to six months in prison, “because they already have previous convictions,” says Mario B’s defense attorney.

Four young men fought on Prinzregentenstrasse, an uninvolved taxi driver was the main victim.

Now they have to answer for grievous bodily harm.

Munich - “Fils de Pute!” Excuse me?

Mario B. (20), Andrei I. (21) and Dustin H. (19) understood enough French to realize that they had just been massively insulted.

Almost a year ago they started a huge brawl in the P1 discotheque, for which they are now being charged in the Munich district court.

The consequences back then: eight young men with injuries from a beating, a taxi driver with a traumatic brain injury and 16,000 euros worth of damage to a taxi.

The fight in the posh Munich club P1 was triggered by a flirt

It started with a flirt: Andrei I. met a girl at his friend Mario B.'s birthday party in the “Oanser”.

The two exchanged cell phone contact, danced and smooched.

But unfortunately the chosen one already had a boyfriend, a Swiss man.

And he hit his Munich competitor directly in the face after the aforementioned insult.

Andrei I also responded with a wad, the opponents' friends joined in, and so in a very short time two cliques were fighting each other with fists.

Until the security service threw everyone out the door.

There the Swiss got into a taxi to the hospital (the embattled lady's boyfriend had a laceration).

But they didn't get far: The defendants tore open the taxi door and hit the Swiss and then also the taxi driver with punches and kicks.

Then there was a hail of blows with a vodka bottle, which the defendants then peppered onto the taxi.

An ambulance took the Swiss and the taxi driver to the Rechts der Isar Clinic; the latter was on sick leave for a week with a concussion.

The three perpetrators were still enjoying the hearty brawl in court like excited schoolboys.

They now face juvenile sentences of up to six months in prison, “because they already have previous convictions,” says Mario B’s defense attorney.

The verdict comes on Friday.
