A 15 meter long hedge in Festenbach caught fire on Sunday evening for reasons that are still unknown.
There was no damage to the neighboring houses.

- A resident in the Festenbach district of Gmund experienced a moment of shock on Sunday evening, February 25th: When she looked out of the living room into the garden, she realized that a 15 meter long hedge had caught fire.
According to the Bad Wiessee police, the cause of the fire is still unclear.
Houses remain undamaged
However, the fire was extinguished in time by the Dürnbach, Gmund and Tegernsee fire departments.
There was no damage to the neighboring houses, the police said.
The police estimate the damage to the hedge at around 1,000 euros.
