Today (Monday) the High Court of Justice issued a conditional order - that is, an order that reverses the burden of proof in court - and states that the state will have to explain to the court why it will not act to recruit members of the Haredi Yeshiva. In addition, the High Court issued a conditional order that states that the state must explain why It continues to fund the Haredi yeshiva while the conscription law has expired and there is no legal arrangement for this.
