they pointed harshly at the Government and urged Milei to
"recover the path of rationality"
, maintaining that "the President of the Nation has
decided to abandon his institutional responsibilities
to which he agreed on December 10 of 2023 and dedicate their time to ideological discussion through social networks or in events outside Argentina.
The party maintains that the announced cut has "the sole objective of harming the people of Buenos Aires" and, in that sense, they leave a warning to Milei and his ministers.
"The president, and the officials who endorse these measures with their signature,
expose themselves to situations contemplated in the Penal Code
and the National Constitution of the Argentine Republic," they warned.
For Peronism, the measure is "arbitrary."
"Extortion, using the citizens of the province of Buenos Aires
as hostages

Javier Milei's decision to eliminate the Fund for Fiscal Strengthening of the province of Buenos Aires has the sole objective of harming the people of Buenos Aires.
The Justicialista Party of the province of Buenos Aires condemns the arbitrary cut by the government of Javier Milei to the resources of the citizens of Buenos Aires. We express our solidarity with the governor of the province of Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof, with the inhabitants of all the provinces of our country and with the rest of the governors of our country who suffer pressure from the national government for not aligning with the model of destruction of Argentina.
This arbitrary measure is part of a series of decisions that Javier Milei, together with his equally responsible officials, took after the failure of the so-called “omnibus law” in the National Congress and which aims to punish citizens. due to one's own incompetence. Taking resources away from the provinces for transportation, education, infrastructure or health does not harm any governor, any caste or any privilege: it harms the millions of people who daily use public transportation, go to work, get medical care hospitals or travel our routes.
