fight
with President
Javier Milei
, for a cut in co-participation.
But the biggest stir, perhaps, comes from the area that the libertarian best handles: social network X.
There, a
minister of the PRO leader
decided to publish
alleged private chats
with a national official, in which they made it clear that
the decision not to send 13.5 billion pesos
in January, due to a debt that the province has with the Government, is related with a
political theme
.
"Mr. Minister, I want to add to your emails to expose the lies and bad faith of your government the messages that I have on my phone. And deny me if you did not communicate exactly the same thing to the governor, telling me that he is a politician and it is Milei's personal decision. ", headed in X by the Minister of Economy of Chubut, Facundo Ball.

The President responded harshly to Ignacio Torres, after he threatened not to extract "not one barrel" more of oil, within the framework of the dispute over 13.5 billion pesos of co-participation funds.

It is assumed that it is a message sent by the national undersecretary to Franco, who in turn would have forwarded it to Ball, and refers to the
Provincial Development Trust Fund
that originated the debt between Chubut and the Government, when the Fernándezes were there (more Sergio Massa) in La Rosada.
It continues:

This is the substantial part that, in the province's arguments, would demonstrate that it is a political retaliation for Torres' statements.

Discrimination regarding Chaco and Tucumán
Near the governor they have other "proof" of the alleged political retaliation, which they also attached in the judicial presentations.
They claim that while Chubut had co-participation funds withheld for the debt,
Chaco and Tucumán were refinanced

: Governor Osvaldo Jaldo became Milei's closest Peronist ally.
Double judicial presentation
Chubut appeared in court this Monday through
two different channels
: the Federal Provincial Court and the Supreme Court of the Nation.
There, he complained about three issues.

"Today (this Monday) the precautionary measure came in for the retention of the 13,500 million co-participation, a historic co-participation debt of the Nation with the province, and for the renewal of the concession of the hydroelectric plants in Chubut."
"This last issue - the source added - is because concessions that did not correspond were renewed.
It was assumed that the concessions would become the provinces
and there will be a presentation by the Patagonian governors in the coming days."
In the province, they expect some prompt judicial response, at least in the first instance.
