The legal advisor to the Prime Minister's Office, Shlomit Barnea Fargo, confirmed that the office financed work on the pool at Benjamin Netanyahu's private home in Caesarea during the war.

"According to the data provided to me, on November 26, 2023, with the approval of the CEO, various restoration works were requested in the pool at the Prime Minister's private residence in Kasiriya," Barnea Fargo wrote in an email message to Attorney Shahar Ben Meir.



"The accountant stated that he approved these works based on a ministerial salary decision that stated that the state treasury would bear all the expenses of the private residence in Caesarea, including operating and maintenance expenses, which are required for the residence of the prime minister and his family, when the director general of the prime minister's office was authorized to determine the type of expenses and their scope, and that interpretation The decision in the letter of attorney Gil Limon, according to which the ministry will fund the private residence in Caesarea only for expenses related to the performance of the Prime Minister's duties, reached our office on February 6, 2024."
