An anti-Semitic incident occurs at a film screening.

The students were excused from classes.
Wiesbaden - Because students from a vocational school are said to have applauded the death of millions of Jews in a Wiesbaden cinema, the public prosecutor's office is now investigating on suspicion of incitement to hatred.
“We are currently investigating unknown people,” says public prosecutor Florian Breidenbach.
The identification of the people is the subject of the investigation.
This was initiated after the Wiesbadener Kurier made the anti-Semitic incident public.
When millions of deaths are remembered, applause can be heard
According to the Hessian Ministry of Culture, around 60 students from a Wiesbaden school visited the Caligari film stage on January 30th and watched the film “The Wannsee Conference” with three teachers.
When a text appeared at the end of the film with reference to the murder of six million Jews under the rule of the National Socialists, a few students applauded.
Incident should have consequences
The young people were reprimanded by the teachers for their misconduct during the visit.
The headmaster initiated an intensive investigation into the matter.
Among other things, the students involved would offer to apologize during a visit to the Jewish community.
They are also excluded from attending school for two weeks.
Hesse's Minister of Education Armin Schwarz (CDU) said: “The incident is unbearable and has horrified us.
It will be dealt with mercilessly and will have consequences.
Anti-Semitism and aggression against Jews are incompatible with our values.” (diu)
There was an incident at a school in the Lahn-Dill district, which is now being investigated by state security.
