After Judith Godrèche who calls on women to speak out to denounce the sexual assaults they have suffered, it is the turn of Aurélien Wiik to also encourage men to testify on this subject.

The 43-year-old actor, known for his role as private detective Gaspard Morin in the series

Munch

with Isabelle Nanty, announced that he had been the victim of pressure and attacks in his career.

In a story on his Instagram account, Thursday February 22, the day before the Césars, Aurélien Wiik revealed, under a photo of himself as a little boy: “

I was 11 years old.

From when I was 11 to when I was 15.

I was abused by my agent and others in my circle.

I complained when I was 16 because he was doing it to others.”

Maurice Ripaux, known in the profession as Christian Nohel, was sentenced: “

He took five years.

It's possible.

If there are other victims of him, speak up.

He is dead but it can do good,”

encourages the actor.

He denounces “

attacks, harassment and attempted rape”

that he suffered until the age of 25 from “

directors and producers”

.

He also mentions blackmail, attempts to lock him in toilets, “

dinner traps organized by old people with several minors”

and rape by a woman who allegedly drugged him.

I had to defend myself verbally and physically.

Telling them that I had sent someone to prison calmed them down,”

adds the actor.

Today, he calls on “

boys and girls”

to “

speak”

and “

act”

by filing a complaint or testifying with #MeToogarcons.

In the process, Stéphane Gaillard, casting director, relayed this male voice, and encouraged “the boys of cinema” to send him their testimonies.

He created an address, metooacteur@gmail.com and, in an Instagram post, he offers:

“If you have been a victim I have just created an email address where you can tell your story in absolute anonymity.

I will read you and I will answer you.”

Since then, the hashtag has been used on X (formerly Twitter) and appears in more than 6,000 tweets.

“I was abused when I was 3 to 4 years old by a predator, who has since died without any possibility of justice

,” revealed LFI MP for Loire-Atlantique Andy Kerbrat, Saturday February 24.

He continues by addressing the victims: “

You will achieve great things so continue to speak out.

If you can, go to court.

We don't heal, but we repair ourselves.

Together."

But far from only concerning “the boys of the cinema”, or public figures, it is essentially men from civil society who draw from these few words the courage to testify.

The boys in the cinema are waking up”

warns Aurélien Wiik in his story.

Your turn will come.

You know who you are.”

Contacted by

Le Parisien

, he declared that he had

“expressed himself on the networks to encourage others to report their stories”

.

He is waiting to have collected other testimonies before speaking more fully.
