Diego El Glaoui
is the head of one of the most powerful communications agencies in France.
“We are influence”, founded in 2016, is a company that manages the careers of influencers, or rather content creators, a term that this boss prefers.
Nabilla Benattia, Flora Coquerel and Iris Mittenaere, his fiancée, are among his clients.

What our talents have in common is that they create quality content.
We do not sell teeth whitening or shampoos that cause hair loss.
And they have a high conversion rate
,” rejoices Diego El Glaoui on the “Buzz TV” set this Tuesday.
In other words, its foals generate sales after a promotional publication.

Collaborating and loving each other at the same time is sometimes synonymous with friction
,” analyzes the person concerned.
“
It's part of life, we're a couple like everyone else, we're not going to pretend because there are cameras and pretend that everything is perfect.
We love each other 98% of the time and the remaining 2%, there are tensions and discussions, sometimes the tone rises
,” he continues before singing the praises of his other half, Miss France 2016 and Miss Universe: “
I I am very proud to share the life of such an accomplished woman who resonates in the hearts of French people, it’s a joy

While Diego El Glaoui and Iris Mittenaere have been engaged since the summer of 2022, the wedding is slow to be organized.
“
We wanted to get married a year later, in the summer of 2023. We started preparations six months before but our wedding planners told us it was impossible.
We had too many ambitions, the place was extremely technical (...) We are very demanding and it's complicated to realize our dreams
, admits the Franco-Moroccan entrepreneur.
And here
we
are in a complicated year.
In 2024, we can't breathe.
We don’t have time for anything
.”
And to put things into perspective: “
We are in no hurry.
When we have decided to spend our lives together, we can wait two or three years.
Ten of us would also be completely capable of getting married in two weeks in a totally unexpected way
.”
And organize it on a paradise island?
“
For example
,” replies the person concerned.

In the meantime, the couple lives between Paris and Dubai.
“
Having opened an office in Dubai, I am obliged to be present there
,” explains Diego El Glaoui, specifying that he paid his taxes in France.
A decision taken for security reasons too.

After my marriage proposal, when Iris shared her ring on the networks, we discovered that teams were watching us in front of our Parisian home
,” reveals the man who is also the brother of Kenza Sadoun El Glaoui, one of the first bloggers French.
From now on, the couple no longer wears valuable jewelry in France.
“
We had replicas of Iris’s engagement ring made
,” Diego El Glaoui tells us.

It’s regrettable, we love this country so much that it’s hard to see the security situation evolving in this direction
.
It pains us to use stratagems to protect ourselves
,” recognizes Diego El Glaoui, who also warns the talents of his agency.
“
We don’t force anyone but we encourage them not to film the area around their home.
Also, when they film themselves from the inside and there is a window behind, the outside must not be recognizable.
Finally, we are careful during deliveries not to give the name or telephone number.
