Dolly is fine.
That's what the guardian angels of the Isar sheep, Uwe Jansen and his wife Nicola Duden, wanted to know.
That's why they drove to Freimann to see sheep farmer Martina Feser.
Grünwald
- As reported, the couple had rescued the sheep that had been wandering around the Isar meadows near Grünwald for months and had already achieved a certain level of fame.
Uwe Jansen fed the animal for a week and was then able to hand it over to the sheep farmer.
It has now had its first clipping and still enjoys eating out of the 62-year-old's hand.
It will definitely increase a bit in the next few months, but at the moment it is still a bit thin.
In spring, go out to the Panzerwiese
It still has to wait a little while before it is allowed to join the herd.
Only when the others are also shaved can it be ruled out that there will be no bullying or bullying.
They then have to develop wool again and can then be brought to the Panzerwiese for landscape maintenance.
This is a former military training area in the north of the city of Munich.
Here the sheep will enjoy a good life outdoors until December and have more than enough grass to eat.
Dolly's rescuers want to come by regularly and from time to time visit the sheep in its new world where it is used as a mother animal.
They have grown very fond of it, as you can see in the photos.
