There is Michelin and its stars, often synonymous with higher bills.
But each year the Bibendum also distinguishes a selection of tables with excellent value for money, addresses which offer a complete meal (excluding drinks) for around forty euros.
This Monday, the guide therefore published a list of 56 new restaurants awarded a Bib Gourmand in the 2024 vintage. They are scattered all over France, with in particular five representatives in Île-de-France and a good presence of the Brittany, which this year has ten lucky candidates.
