The risk is still high this Tuesday.
Météo France has maintained six departments on orange alert for the risk of flooding: Pas-de-Calais, Seine-et-Marne, Charente-Maritime, Charente, Gironde and Dordogne.

Significant floods are already underway in Pas-de-Calais, and are forecast for Wednesday on the Dronne aval, the Isle aval (Gironde and Dordogne) and the Grand Morin aval (Seine-et-Marne), warns Météo France.
This orange vigilance is, for the moment, also planned for Wednesday in the same departments.
Météo France has also placed the Pyrénées-Atlantiques on orange alert in the face of a “high risk of avalanches”.
“This Tuesday, significant quantities of snow will fall on the Pyrenees above 1,000 m, more particularly on the Pyrénées-Atlantiques.
Avalanche activity will therefore increase during the day on Tuesday,” specifies the weather organization.
