There is grave fear for the life of a nine-year-old Mizfat girl who has been missing for two days - the police said today (Tuesday).
The canine unit is assisting the Safed station in locating the missing person, Heimnot Kasau.
The police reported that her tracks were last seen on February 25 at 7:30 p.m., on IDF Street in the city.
The commander of the canine unit, Mike Ben Yaakov, said that the case was extremely unusual. We have remembered for many years about a normal girl who has been missing for so long in an urban area in Israel, where so many people pass through," he said. "The fact that not a single piece of evidence has been received is very worrying.
We will pray and hope that we will reach her in time."

The unit's teams operate in open areas as well as in urban areas, using sniffer dogs and other means in order to locate the girl.
The police asked for the public's help in spreading the picture of the missing woman.
It was also reported that anyone who knows anything about her whereabouts, or any detail that may help locate her, is asked to urgently contact the ICL Hotline: 0544876709.
