Hipólito Solari Yrigoyen
, former senator and leader of radicalism who was the first victim of Triple A, died this Tuesday at the age of 90.
The news was announced by national senator Maximiliano Abad.
"Hipólito Solari Yrigoyen: reference of the UCR in human rights, activist committed to popular causes, example of austerity and coherence. We remain with your impeccable career as a guide. My condolences to family and friends RIP," he wrote in a heartfelt message in your X account.
The former radical senator, the first victim of Triple A, miraculously saved his life in an attack in November 1973.
