A father and his son found a young tawny owl on the Flaucher in Munich.
The animal is now being pepped up and should then be released back into the wild.
Munich - The small animal is now to be looked after at the wildlife sanctuary and then released again at the place where it was found: at Flaucher.
A father discovered the young tawny owl with his son on Monday, February 26th.
They had noticed it between the branches of a fallen tree near the playground.
As the fire department reports, the duo initially couldn't identify the "little fluffy ball of feathers" before they took a closer look and recognized the tawny owl - and immediately alerted the fire department.

The fire department further reports: “The crew of our small alarm vehicle who was called in carefully picked up the apparently uninjured little creature and took it to a private rescue center for wild animals.
“
The little tawny owl is now being cared for there.
When he has regained his strength, he will be released back into nature at the place where he was found.
