Highlights: New protocol in the event of passenger discomfort will apply from June. Valérie Pécresse, president of IDFM, confirmed this Tuesday an upcoming change in protocol. “On travel discomfort, we have an absurd doctrine which is not that of London or Tokyo. When someone faints in the metro, instead of taking them out of the train to make them breathe, we treat them as if they had suffered a shock from a road accident,” declared the elected official from BFM Business.

“On travel discomfort, we have an absurd doctrine which is not that of London or Tokyo.

in the train and we stop the train while waiting for help to arrive.

This is the opposite of what is done elsewhere,” declared the elected official from our colleagues at BFM Business.
