Mohamed M., 57, went to the Fontainebleau police station (Seine-et-Marne) this Tuesday to file a complaint against Child Welfare (ASE), which he considers responsible for the death of her daughter.
Myriam was 14 years old.
Housed at the Delaunoy pavilion, a home of the social support and intervention system (DAIS) in Melun, she had been on the run since January 14.
Sunday February 25, around 10 p.m., a patrol from the Fontainebleau police station was called to a home in the town, for a minor aged 14, who was unconscious.
When the police arrived, the teenager was already dead.
This was not his first runaway.
