Some citizens of Savona and Loano reported having sighted and filmed some luminous spherical objects both during the day and at night.
According to ufologist Angelo Maggioni, founder of Aria, some of these sightings involve gray metallic spheres that "appear to absorb sunlight, surrounded by luminous energy that masks their precise shape. Such objects appear to move silently, suggesting possible propulsion magnetic.
However, the nature of this propulsion and its relationship with the observed phenomena remain a mystery." The association excludes "conventional explanations such as airplanes, drones or natural phenomena", focusing instead on the origin and reason for these presences in Liguria. Maggioni hypothesizes that "these objects of extraterrestrial origin need static energy for their functioning" and that this energy "can be obtained through the ionization of the surrounding atmosphere", thus providing a sort of "bubble" of atmospheric vacuum that allows the movement of objects.
