The police initially believed it was a planned fight between gangs.
In the end, it is an improvised outburst of ordinary violence between young people from two neighboring towns during the school holidays... Originally from Moissy-Cramayel, a 15-year-old teenager will be judged on March 12 by children's judges, following the stab wound in the stomach that he gave to another resident in Combs-la-Ville on February 20 around 7 p.m. in Lieusaint-Moissy station.
That evening, around thirty young people from Combs who had gone to play a football match at Mée-sur-Seine took the RER to Mée to return home.
Arriving as guard of Lieusaint-Moissy, they saw around ten young Moisséens on the quay.
Apparently the understanding is far from cordial between them.
Instead of going their way and heading towards Combs on RER D, they decide to all get off to “scare them”.
It’s a bit like a flock of sparrows happening.
Young people are running in all directions.
But a Moissean who has a knife draws his weapon and stabs another in the abdomen.
Video surveillance confirms these facts.
The alleged perpetrator will be tried on March 12
The police officers who had been alerted, and reinforced by Suge (general security or SNCF police) agents from Corbeil and Melun, acted quickly.
At Moissy station, they arrested a 15-year-old teenager on the platform.
He is carrying a knife and a tear gas canister and has… only one shoe on his feet.
Another individual is seen with a shoe in his hand.
Aged 17, he was arrested, then released as a simple witness who picked up the object.
No other weapons were found at the scene.
It must be said that this was not an organized punitive expedition as has happened in the past.
During the check, the police saw another young person from Combs approaching them.
He says he has a stomach ache.
The police discovered a bleeding wound there.
Luckily, the thickness of the victim's winter jacket cushioned the stab wound and therefore the severity of the injury.
His vital prognosis is not in jeopardy, the teenager escapes with seven days of total incapacity for work.
Aged 15, he filed a complaint.
While awaiting trial on March 12, his attacker is prohibited from contacting the victim and prohibited from going to Combs-la-Ville.
