Valentín Barco
debuted for
Brihgton & Hove Albion
in England.
Colo, 19, enjoyed his first minutes in the English team, although he could not celebrate since his team
lost 1-0
and was eliminated in the round of 16 of the
FA Cup against Wolverhampton.
The former Boca entered 34 minutes into the second half, when the score was already in favor of the Wolves due to Lemina's goal, 2 minutes into the game.
He replaced the Brazilian Igor Julio and moved as a left back, although launched in attack since the team led by
Roberto De Zerbi
needed the tie.
Barco's best was a precise cross from the left that found striker Danny Welbeck
, but the English goalscorer's header went over the crossbar.
Brighton looked for an equalizer until the end, but did not achieve it and was eliminated.
BRIGHTON HAD IT!

The other Argentine on the field was Facundo Buonanotte, who came out among the starters.
However, the former Central did not have a good performance and he was replaced 24 minutes into the complement.
Barco's debut was surprising since this Tuesday his coach, the Italian De Zerbi, had declared that the Argentine was not yet fit to play:
“He is not ready.
We knew before the transfer market opened that bringing a player from another country was going to be very hard for him.
He is a good player.
“We are going to help you understand everything
. ”
However, this Wednesday he gave him his first minutes on the team.
