It was protocol even before a medical examiner said that Roberto Eduardo Wolfenson (71) had died of natural causes.
The electronic engineer who was still working advising battery manufacturing companies, mainly lithium, had the same clothes in which he had been seen on Thursday, confirmed the maid who was the last one to see him alive.
The fact is surprising because
Wolfenson was a neat and elegant man

It would be unusual for him to wear exactly the same clothes as the day before and, furthermore, it would indicate that he did not prepare for his daily walk.
Roberto Wolfenson was found dead in one of the two guest rooms in the house on lot 498 of the gated community located at kilometer 50 of the Panamericana Pilar branch, near Derqui.

But far from the very serious errors that allowed María Marta's crime to remain unpunished to this day, the actions in La Delfina were carried out in accordance with protocol.
Having experience, in the prosecutor's office No. 3 of Pilar, headed by Germán Camafreita, they requested reports from the mayor of the closed neighborhood to find out if there were robberies within La Delfina, people identified by previous conflicts with Wolfenson or with other neighbors or antecedents. that could redirect the investigation.
They want to rule out the presence of a possible "Pachelito" by Nicolás Pachelo, one of the suspects in María Marta's crime but who ended up acquitted in the last trial held in 2022.
The family
Wolfenson's children delegated representation as an individual victim to Tomás Farini Duggan.
