How to enter the VIP room
To enter the VIP lounge, the customer can appear in the lounge, which is located next to door 8 of the boarding area, showing their passes available from the BBVA App or presenting any of their BBVA credit cards along with their ID.
Another option is to make a prior reservation from the 'BBVA Points' section in Online Banking or the BBVA App, in the “VIP ROOM” option where you can indicate what day and time you are going to show up.

four BBVA VIP passes and two free Fast Passes per year
