The Plein Grés associative crèche in Gennevilliers is in turmoil.
The association, which has existed for forty years and manages four structures in the town, closed its Plein Soleil establishment on Friday February 16, located in the Luth district.
In its letter to parents, management justifies this closure by a lack of staff.
“Unfilled positions and absences do not make it possible to guarantee the reception of children and to respect the obligatory supervision rates.

The maternal and child protection (PMI) of Hauts-de-Seine claims to have carried out “an inspection on January 22 and noted a degraded situation within the structure”, in particular “a tense relational climate between professionals, and between professionals and the parents ".
However, the department recalls that “the decision to close a structure belongs to the manager”.
Decision that the management of the crèche therefore took in the face of the dysfunctions which disrupted the activity of the structure.
