A vehicle had hit the car she was in from behind, and the young woman explained in particular that she had not been able to work or play with her children for more than five years.
But that was without taking into account the photos of this resident of County Clare, in the west of Ireland, found on social networks.
In the images dated 2018, Kamila Grabska takes part in a Christmas tree throwing competition, and emerges victorious in the women's category after throwing a tree no less than 1.50 meters.
In view of the photos published by the Clare County Regional Council, the judge of the Limerick High Court rejected his request.
An incoherent speech
“It is a very large natural Christmas tree which she throws with a very agile movement”
, justified the judge, quoted by The Irish Independent.
The court established that the young Irishwoman had only consulted a doctor after the competition, complaining of no longer being able to lift a heavy bag without feeling searing pain, reports

She had to leave her job and has since been receiving an allowance linked to her disability.
It was for the loss of past and future income resulting from her injuries that Kamila Grabska had filed a complaint, claiming that she was sometimes unable to leave her bed for half the day.
She denied faking her injuries and told the court she was
"trying to live a normal life"
, and was still in pain despite looking cheerful in the photos.
The court also found a video of her walking her dog in a park for more than an hour.
He ultimately dismissed the case, considering that the plaintiff's behavior after her car accident was
“in total contradiction”
with her statements made about her injuries.
