“Spread the atmosphere of the Games” throughout Paris.
This will be the mission of the 25 free festivities zones which will bring life to the capital next summer.
Tony Estanguet had promised unforgettable Games because they were unique.
For the first time in the history of the Olympic Games, all the medal-winning athletes will be brought together almost every day, in the same place, in contact with the general public, in an open and freely accessible setting.
The scene will be played out in the Trocadéro gardens (16th century), reflecting, in particular, what the French athletes experienced in 2021, during their return from Japan during the Tokyo Olympics.
The Champions Park (or Champions Park), open ten days during the Games — from 4 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. — will be set up facing the majestic Eiffel Tower, on the site where the epilogue of the ceremony will take place on July 26 opening.
In total, 15,000 people are expected each day.
