Not a word against Kremlin boss Putin on state TV: Vladimir Solovyov also sticks to this mantra in a current episode of his political talk.
Moscow – Vladimir Solovyov has now delivered a new low blow in the political debate.
The prominent Russian presenter reacted to statements made by a top US diplomat on state television with a threat.
Donald Trump will “throw you and like-minded people in prison” if he wins the 2024 US election.
It is clear that Solovyov is convinced of this result.
US Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland recently spoke in a
CNN
interview about Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin's anti-Western stance and the war in Ukraine.
“We wanted an ally who behaved in a European way.
But Putin doesn’t do that,” said Nuland on the one hand.
And on the other hand, that Putin is also ruining his own country with his attack on Ukraine.
The Kremlin repeatedly maintains the narrative that the many casualties caused by the invasion of Ukraine ordered by President Putin were due to the West's help to Kiev.
Solovyov made his statements in his talk show on the TV channel

Russia reacts sharply to the visit of a top US diplomat to Ukraine
Nuland was in Kiev a few weeks ago.
After their visit, the Kremlin accused Washington of provoking Kiev to continue the war.
“The Americans are inflicting more pain on Ukrainians and the Americans are causing more Ukrainians to die,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told Russian state television correspondent Pavel Zarubin.
The USA is a direct participant in the conflict and is becoming increasingly entangled in it, said Peskov.
But he was confident that this would not change the outcome of the war.

Nuland said in Kiev that she was confident that “as Ukraine strengthens its defenses, Mr. Putin will have some nice surprises on the battlefield.”
Budanov appealed to the USA to deliver US A10 fighter jets to Ukraine.
“A10 attack aircraft could significantly strengthen Ukraine's front-line capabilities,” Budanov stated.
