The marriage of King Felipe and Queen Letizia is said to be in serious crisis.
Is a divorce in the Spanish royal family only a matter of time?
Madrid – On May 22, 2024, Queen Letizia (51) and King Felipe VI.

But it is questionable whether there will be a real celebratory mood among the Spanish royal couple.

The love affair is said to have come to an end in 2010.
But even before these revelations, the marriage of King Felipe and Queen Letizia was said to have already been in crisis.

It is said to have stipulated that in the event of a divorce, their daughters Princess Leonor (18) and Princess Sofía (16) would stay with dad Felipe in the Zarzuela Palace until they came of age.
On April 29, 2025, Sofía will be 18 years old - then Pilar Eyre expects Letizia and Felipe to officially separate.
