Good idea or above-ground proposal?
Rachida Dati was the guest, on Monday, of a debate organized by the Dauphine discussion debate student association, at Paris Dauphine University (16th arrondissement).
During this nearly two-hour discussion, the Minister of Culture expressed her wish to create a “real house of hip-hop” in the capital, which would be “a place of learning, entertainment, living, of knowledge, of access also to this hip-hop culture”.
“Paris, which is still an intense cultural city, does not have a hip-hop venue,” regrets the one who remains mayor (ex-LR) of the 7th arrondissement.
