It is 90% complete in Provins (Seine-et-Marne).
Its delivery is scheduled for the spring and the sixty employees who will work there are currently being recruited.
The supply platform for the canteens of the 130 middle schools of Seine-et-Marne, but also of the high schools of the same department, as well as Val-de-Marne and Seine-Saint-Denis, was presented with great fanfare, this Tuesday, in the aisles of the Agricultural Show.
And this, shortly after the inauguration of the stand dedicated to Seine-et-Marne, during which Jean-François Parigi (LR), the president of the departmental council, was able to greet the producers of the department present at the event.
“It’s not a canteen, it’s an industrial tool,” recalled Olivier Lavenka (LR), the mayor of Provins and vice-president of the department.
We launched a battery of calls for tenders which were conclusive.
More than 90 farms and agricultural operations in Île-de-France and Seine-et-Marne will supply this platform.
