An indictment was filed this morning (Thursday) against seven members of Eran Haya's crime organization, after they tried to eliminate the head of the rival crime organization Eli Mosley on two different occasions in January.
Among the main evidence on which the indictment is based - testimonies and materials provided by one of the suspects who was recruited as a state witness from the ranks of Haya's organization.
The indictment, filed through attorneys Dalia Weisberg and Panina Levy from the Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office (criminal), states the background to the attempted assassination: a violent and bloody conflict between Eran Haya's organization and the organization of the Mosley family.
Also noted are a number of murder incidents that took place within the same conflict: the murder of Baruch Borochov in Rishon Lezion and of Lior Greenberg in Holon, which took place this year.
According to the indictment, those involved planned to assassinate Eli Mosley using a powerful explosive weighing 4 kg, which would be set off under his armored vehicle during his journey on Bogarshov Street in Tel Aviv. Police officials call this a "criminal attack", and believe that innocent people were harmed The massive explosion that would have taken place in the center of Tel Aviv, had it not been for the detectives of the district's central unit had prevented it.

The defendants followed, spied and traced Mosley's movements and also trained for the purpose of perfecting and accurately executing the murder plan before carrying it out.
In order to carry out the murder plan, the defendants operated an entire array of scooters and vehicles which they used in the execution of the murder, which they disguised by changing their identity, using stolen identification plates.
Those involved operated in the framework of two squads.
While one squad carried out the surveillance of Mosley and was supposed to carry out the murder, a second squad provided the entire logistical envelope and gathering of means.
One of those involved wore a mask over his face, and wore a Walt messenger uniform, to prevent his exposure.
Throughout the indictment, the name of the head of the organization Eran Haya, who is currently abroad, is written several times and although the indictment has not been filed against him, he is attributed with ordering the murder and frequent contact with those involved. The police hope that the state witness will shed light and incriminate Haya. While the indictment indicates that Haya himself committed serious crimes of involvement in attempted murder, the police claim that as of the time of writing, no extradition order had been issued for him from abroad.
In a statement that the prosecutor's office issued to the media, it was written in reference to this: "The prosecutor's office is doing and will continue to bring all those involved in this serious case to justice."
The names of the accused are Ofek Harosh (23), Elia Salomon (20) and Idan Chen (22) from Tel Aviv, Shlomo Niamchik (40) from Rishon Lezion, Avi Nisani (38) and Devir Cohen (33) from Bat Yam and Aden Hatoil (30) from Bar Jacob
Along with the indictment, a request for detention until the end of the legal proceedings was also submitted against them.
